Daffodil Day

Today is Daffodil day where you support the people who have Cancer or who had it. At Otaki College we are having mufti day because this away we support the cancer society. Also we have to wear yellow if you want. To wear mufti you have to bring a gold coin ($1.00 or $2.00). We have a baking stall and sausages. 

Smoking

Smoking is really bad for you because it can effect you and everyone around you or everything. It can also effect the environment it can also pollute the air, water and land. Smoking can also give you cancer and a lot more things. If you smoke and you have children around you the might have a hared time to breath.When you smoke and throw the rest of the smoke on the ground it doesn't go away. If we can stop smoking it will mean that less people will die. We are still looking for a way we can also ban smoking. We are still looking for ways to stop this. This graph information is from 2014.
